Terms of Service

Welcome to Unslop. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unslop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is a Scale with Clarity product, sold and billed by Attensify ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

Unslop is an AI writing tool that turns your notes and voice notes into posts in your own style. It publishes LinkedIn posts you approve at the times you pick, writes posts for X, Threads and Substack Notes for you to copy out, suggests comments for other people's posts, and designs images for your posts.

3. Account Responsibilities

You sign in with a code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. LinkedIn Integration

When you connect LinkedIn, you authorize Unslop to publish posts on your behalf. Unslop only publishes posts you have approved. You are solely responsible for the content published through the Service and must comply with LinkedIn's terms of service and community guidelines, and those of any other platform where you post.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, misleading, or otherwise objectionable, or to impersonate anyone. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

6. Your Content and AI Output

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through Unslop, including the posts the Service writes for you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Posts, comments and images are written by AI models from what you give them. They can be wrong, incomplete or worded in a way you didn't intend. Read and check everything before you approve or publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.

7. Plans, Add-ons and Billing

7.1 Plans

Monthly plans give you a number of posts each billing period. They renew every month until you cancel. Unused monthly posts don't carry over to the next period. The Trial plan is a one-time purchase of posts that never expire.

7.2 Add-ons

Comment sets and AI images are bought separately, in any amount, and never expire. One comment set is three comment ideas for one post. One AI image is one card or one carousel.

7.3 Starting Allowance

Every new account starts with a small allowance of posts, comment sets and AI images to try the Service. This allowance is subject to the following terms:

  • No cash value. It is not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for any sum of money or monetary value.
  • Non-transferable. It may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another user.
  • Revocation. We may reduce or cancel it at any time, including for suspected fraud or abuse, creating multiple accounts to claim it again, or violation of these Terms.

7.4 Running Out

When you run out of posts, comment sets or AI images, those features pause until you buy more or your plan renews. Your account and existing content remain intact and accessible.

7.5 Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and invoices. Prices are in US dollars, with tax added at checkout where it applies. Charges are billed by Attensify.

7.6 Pricing Changes

We may change prices or what a plan or add-on includes. Price changes apply to future purchases and renewals only, never to posts or add-ons you have already bought. We will notify you of material pricing changes at least fourteen (14) days in advance via email or in-app notification.

7.7 Termination for Cause

If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, any remaining posts, comment sets and AI images are forfeited without refund.

7.8 Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@scale-with-clarity.com within thirty (30) days of the disputed charge. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, fix the charge or restore what you paid for.

8. Limitation of Liability

Unslop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to issues with LinkedIn's API, posts that fail to publish, inaccurate AI output, or data loss.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly plan at any time from Billing. Upon cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, after which it won't renew. No further charges will be applied once cancellation is confirmed.

10. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except for charges made in error. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded by contract, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
